Our team consists of Stewart Alcock , Annaliese Lubowski, Almo Lubowski, Kelsey Gibbs and Rukshana Jaffer.
Both Stewart and Annaliese were directors and shareholders in a Cape Town Corporate practice for many years and decided to leave the corporate world to focus instead on our clients and providing legal services the way we prefer, by providing personalised service that the man in the street can afford. This is why they started the firm. Clients are the heart of our practice, as that is why we studied law to begin with. We strive to never lose sight of the fact that we apply our knowledge and expertise on behalf of people and therefore invest time in getting to know our clients and their specific circumstances.
Stewart deals with all aspects of property law and is a qualified Conveyancer, specialising in residential transfers. He also has over 20 years’ experience in commercial matters, and also handles specialised litigation and arbitration matters.
Annaliese is a specialist in Wills, Trusts, Curatorships and the Administration of Deceased Estates. She has also lectured at the SA Law school and lectures Matrimonial Law to Candidate attorneys.
Almo has been handling commercial legal matters since being admitted as an attorney in 2004. He is a registered fiduciary practitioner with FISA , a certified financial planner practitioner with the FPI and a registered business rescue practitioner. He assists clients to make decisions around their financial planning and investments. He also advises clients in respect of tax and entity structuring with the use of trusts.
Kelsey has recently joined the firm as our new Candidate Attorney, and is currently gaining experience in all areas of law. She is actively participating and assisting all of us in matrimonial matters, litigation, family law as well as fast becoming a specialist in commercial matters.
Rukshana is a legal assistant at the firm and comes with a wealth of legal and property experience. She is fully au fait with all the work and assists the team on all administrative fronts.
