Level 4 water restrictions came into effect on 1 June 2017 in response to the ongoing drought that has resulted in critically low dam levels. The associated Level 4 tariffs and the annual tariff increases will come into effect on 1 July 2017.In order to help preserve our water resources, we need to continue saving water and we urge you to keep your combined home, work, and other water use to less than 100 litres per person, per day.
