President Ramaphosa announced on Monday that a 21-day lockdown period will begin at midnight on Thursday 26 March.  We want to reassure you that Alcock & Associates Inc  services will continue as normal, except that we will be working from home and cannot meet with you either in our offices or at your home.

We will try our best to attend to your queries and offer assistance as much as we can. You are welcome to contact us as usual, by email or by phone.

Unfortunately the Deeds and Masters offices are closed until further notice. We will therefore be unable to attend to any property transfers nor any Masters office matters. We will do as much of the preparatory work as we are able to and will let you know as soon as they re-open.
